Yes. Posting, answering comments, writing copy and making posters aren't metered or charged per item, and there's no cap on how many Pages you connect. The console shows what was used each day so you can see what's going on — but heavy use never costs you more.
It only answers questions directly. Complaints, bad reviews, pricing and compensation always come to you as a draft — it sends only when you say so. You can tighten that to "show me every reply first" any time.
No. Access goes through official Meta OAuth — you approve it inside your own Facebook account, and you can revoke it from your Meta settings whenever you want.
No. They use the WhatsApp or Telegram already on their phone. No app, no password, no computer.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; moving from Business to Enterprise only costs the difference in setup fee. You can convert from the trial to a plan at any point.
