Data Deletion

To stop PageHi accessing your Facebook Pages and delete the data we hold, pick whichever one of these three routes suits you.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Option 1: Revoke access in Facebook (fastest)

You do this yourself at Meta. It takes effect immediately and doesn't need to go through us.

Once revoked, the access token we hold stops working immediately and PageHi can no longer read or act on your Page. We delete that token and the cached Page metadata from our database within 7 days of receiving Meta's revocation signal.

Note that revoking access only cuts off access — it does not automatically delete data already stored with us. To delete that too, see option 3.

Option 2: Disconnect the Page in the console

We delete that Page's access token and cached Page details. Historical post records tied to the Page expire on the retention timelines in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

Option 3: Request full deletion (including history)

To have all data we hold about you deleted, email [email protected] from the address your account is registered under, and include:

How long it takes

StageTimeline
AcknowledgementConfirmation email within 2 business days
Identity checkWe check the requesting address against the account address
DeletionCompleted within 30 days of a successful check
ConfirmationWe email you once it's done, listing the categories deleted

What gets deleted

What we keep (legally required)

Posts and replies published to your Facebook Page stay on Facebook — they are your Page's content, and we neither can nor should delete them for you. Remove them on Facebook yourself if you want them gone.

When we turn a request down

If we cannot confirm who is asking — for instance the requesting address doesn't match the account address and we can't verify it another way — we will decline the request and tell you why. That protects you from someone else deleting your data in your name.
