What PageHi collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you get it back or have it deleted.
Last updated: 16 September 2026 · Effective: 16 September 2026
PageHi ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by [Registered company name] (registration no. [registration number], registered at [Street address, City, postcode, country]), the data controller under this policy.
For data protection matters, contact [email protected].
| Category | Detail |
|---|---|
| Account data | Console admin email, display name, hashed password, tenant, role and sign-in times. We never store plaintext passwords. |
| Facebook Page data | Access tokens, Page IDs and Page names returned after you authorise through official Meta OAuth; plus the posts, comments and public engagement metrics we read or write while carrying out your instructions. |
| Chat channel data | WhatsApp numbers, Telegram user IDs and display names you authorise (used for allowlist access control), and the messages and attachments you and your team send to the Service. |
| Usage and billing | Daily aggregated token usage, credit balance and adjustment history. |
| Contact form data | The name, company, email, Page count, plan interest and message you submit on this site, plus the submitting IP and timestamp (used only for abuse prevention). |
| Activity logs | Key console actions — who authorised or revoked a Page, who changed an allowlist, and when. |
We do not collect your Facebook password. Access runs entirely through official Meta OAuth, and you can revoke it from your own Meta settings at any time.
Legal bases where the GDPR applies: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, and your consent when you submit the contact form.
The core of the Service is powered by large language models. To generate copy, judge comment intent and draft replies, the relevant content is sent to our model provider for processing. It is used only to answer that specific request.
Our model provider is contractually committed not to use customer data submitted through its API to train its models. We do not use your Page content to train any model either.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to data brokers. We share it only:
Data is stored on servers in [server country/region]. Because our model provider and Meta operate across multiple countries, your data may be processed outside your own. We require recipients by contract to provide an equivalent level of protection.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to: give you access to the data we hold about you, correct it, export a copy, delete it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies, you can also restrict or object to processing and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from your account address. We respond within 30 days. Step-by-step instructions for deleting Page data are on the Data Deletion page.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you promptly as required by law once we become aware of it.
This website (www.pagehi.com) uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The console (console.pagehi.com) uses only the storage needed to keep you signed in, plus local storage remembering your interface language.
The Service is for business users and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
When we update this policy we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we notify console admins by email at least 14 days in advance.
